Time & Calendar Management 102

This practical Google Calendar class provides a reminder of how to use the product and platform, and also incorporates strong mythological themes to show how to take your calendar and time management skills to the next level (the Olympic level, to be exact).

In Time & Calendar Management 101, we learn how to add appointments, set them to repeat so you can build a true schedule, create and host video conferences, and much more. We will also discuss basic time management concepts, such as time blocking.

In Time & Calendar Management 102, called Chaos, Chronos & Calendars: Time Management for Mortals, we quickly review some basic skills, but then begin to envision how our calendar can be an incredibly practical and helpful guide and tool towards accomplishing any personal or business mission, and can, in fact, help us become happier, healthier human beings.

We examine the mythological movement from the Primordial deities (Chaos) to the Titanic ones (Chronos), and, lastly, the Olympic gods and goddesses (Zeus, Athena, etc.) as metaphors and models for time and calendar management.

This class provides ample time for questions, answers, and interaction. This class is run in a virtual, group format, but can also be accommodated 1-on-1. It is given occasionally as an in-person class.

Mythology, psychology, and philosophy are highly infused into this class. The lower-level class, with much more focus on practical use, is Time & Calendar Management 101 (Introduction).
